Prices

The prices include additional costs, final cleaning, bed linen and towels.

We do not pay sales tax for this property according to § 19 (1) UStG, therefore it is not possible to show the VAT for this property.

Our prices are guide prices. If you want a longer stay, these can be arranged individually.

Please note that the prices in the table below only apply to the number of people specified. If more people are occupied, a correspondingly higher amount is due.



From 01.01.2020, the municipality of Wendtorf will levy a municipal expense tax in the form of an overnight stay tax / tourism tax. The city tax / tourist tax is 4% of the rental price. We as the landlord are obliged to collect the accommodation tax / tourism tax from you and pay it to the Probstei office.
The accommodation tax / tourism tax is not a spa tax, for example, no spa card is issued and there are no additional services available in connection with the tax.
The beach is still free of visitor's tax.
The overnight stay tax / tourism tax does not apply to overnight stays that are for purely professional reasons, a corresponding declaration must be completed.

Important:

Since we do not live in / on the property, an arrival is not possible without prior registration / reservation. Registration / reservation is also required to prepare the holiday home / apartment for you and to clarify the key handover.
Coordinate the time of arrival with us by phone so that we can receive you!

The general rule:
Arrival from 2 p.m .;
Departure by 10:00 a.m., or by arrangement.
